SHIPPING A FIREARM - FFL'S AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Mycustomgun.com will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We cannot ship any firearms to an individual unless they are in possession of an FFL.


SHIPPING

MyCustomGun LLC is a Federal Firearm Licensed dealer. We will only ship a firearm to another FFL. Under no circumstances will we ship a Firearm to a Non-FFL Location.Because of Stringent Laws and Constant Changing Regulations, we do not ship complete firearms to the below states:
  1. California
  2. Colorado
  3. Connecticut
  4. DC
  5. Hawaii
  6. Maryland
  7. Massachusetts
  8. New Jersey
  9. New York
  10. Vermont
  11. Illinois
We understand that some of these states may allow the purchase of AR15s but our team has determined at this current time we will not ship to the above states. If any changes occur we will remove the state from the above list.Due to safety reasons we will not ship to any PO Boxes.Finally, Upon the purchase of your firearm one of our representatives will contact the FFL you have selected to transfer to and see if they accept the transfer. If the FFL doesn’t accept the transfer or provide sufficient documentation to us, we will not ship to them. We will get in contact with you and try transferring to a nearby FFL.

NEW FIREARM RETURNS

RETURN / REFUND POLICY/ Terms & Conditions: Warranty All Customers please read RETURN / REFUND POLICY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ (Warranty is stated below) By placing an online order your credit card is charged immediately! This is something we have no control over. If orders are cancelled before the gun building process has started, then we will charge a 6% restocking fee. If the cancellation takes place after the gun building process has started than a 35% restocking fee will be charged on the customer. If the customer fails the background check there will be a 40% restocking fee. If the firearm has any custom engraving on it then the customer will not be eligable for a refund. If the firearm has been transfered than the customer will not be eligable for a refund.

WARRANTY

Any Modification or alteration to our products will void our warranty. Do not remove the screws on rifles or uppers sold with our Rail System or you will VOID our WARRANTY. If you experience any issues, please contact us first and do NOT attempt to perform work of any type on our products. Firearms and parts can be easily damaged without proper knowledge, experience, and tools. We are not responsible for damage incurred by customers changing, altering or modifying our products in any way shape or form. Each Rifle comes with our Limited Lifetime Warranty and stays with the rifle for the life of the rifle. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent warranty claim the warranty will be nullified and canceled on that product. This includes (Firing Reloaded Ammunition from our components or firearms. Mixing up the correct ammunition to a different and non-matching chamber or vice versa) Firing 223/556 ammo in a 300 Blackout or VICE VERSA (which will result in destruction and or bodily HARM) for example).
